The Witness Project of Connecticut has a goal to continue to make a difference in the number of women diagnosed with later stages of breast cancer. At the Witness Project we assist women in getting mammograms FREE of charge and are able to do so because of grants and individual donations. We do not want to turn away any woman away, so we need your support to keep our doors open for next year!

October is all about PINK

Three Ways You Can Help Support The Witness Project of Connecticut

Dear Friends of The Witness Project, 
 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and The Witness Project of Connecticut is busy educating the community about the importance of early detection, navigating uninsured women to free mammograms, and coordinating mammography screening days. We DO NOT want to turn any woman away so we NEED your support to keep things moving. 

Three Ways to HELP ...
  1. Plum District Fundraiser - The Plum District is a daily deal site that focuses on women and children. We have partnered up with Plum District fundraiser and they will donate up to $3 for every valid email. Once you sign up you will see some fabulous deals coming to an inbox near you!     The Witness Project of Connecticut (WP) is a culturally sensitive community-based breast and cervical cancer education program for African American women. The goal of The WP is to continue to make a difference in the number of women diagnosed with breast cancer. 

    We are Mothers, Sisters, Daughters, Aunts, and Grandmothers working together to make sure all women know, "You DO NOT have to die from breast cancer". 
    Early detection is the KEY to survival.
